The present invention provides an electrical system architecture for electric vehicle. The electrical system architecture comprises an instrument module U1, a controller module U2 and a battery U3 for supplying power to the instrument module U1 and the controller module U2, and the instrument module U1 is connected with the controller module U2 through a communication bus; the instrument module U1 is connected with a front-end module U5 through a connecting line; the controller module U2 is further electrically connected with the motor U4 and the rear-end module U6; the instrument module U1 comprises a switching circuit board, an instrument, an alarm and a flasher, wherein the instrument, the alarm and the flasher are arranged on the switching circuit board; and the controller module U2 comprises a main circuit board, a voltage converter and a controller, wherein the voltage converter and the controller are arranged on the main circuit board. According to the electrical system architecture for the electric vehicle, the number and complexity of connecting wires in wire harnesses can be effectively reduced, front and back connecting wires of a vehicle body are prevented from being inserted, great convenience is brought to batch production, cost is saved, the electrical failure rate is reduced, and the performance of the whole vehicle is more stable and reliable.
本发明提供了一种电动车用电气系统架构,包括仪表模块U1、控制器模块U2,为两者供电的电池U3,仪表模块U1通过通信总线与控制器模块U2连接;仪表模块U1通过连接线连接有前端模块U5;控制器模块U2还分别与电机U4和后端模块U6电连接;仪表模块U1包括转接电路板,配置于转接电路板上的仪表、报警器和闪光器;控制器模块U2包括主电路板,配置于主电路板上的电压转换器和控制器。本发明所述的一种电动车用电气系统架构能够有效减少线束中连接线的数量及复杂程度,避免车身前后接线穿插,给批量生产带来很大便利,节约成本,降低电气故障率,使整车性能更加稳定可靠。
