The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit maintenance, in particular to an urban rail transit fault detection device. The device comprises a base and rolling wheels arranged on the lower side of the base, supports corresponding to the rolling wheels are arranged on the lower side of the base, the rolling wheels are rotationally connected with the supports, vibration sensors are arranged on the upper sides of the supports, a driving motor is arranged on one side of the bottom of the base, an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with the rolling wheels, the two sets of rolling wheels are arranged on the two sides of the lower portion of the base, a carbon brush is arranged between the rolling wheels, the carbon brush is arranged in the longitudinal perpendicular plane of the rolling wheels, a carbon brush frame corresponding to the carbon brush is arranged on the lower side of the base, and the carbon brush frame comprises a connecting wire, a spring and a sliding sleeve. The vibration state of the rolling wheels is detected through the vibration sensors, when the device encounters a pit or a protrusion, vibration is abnormal, a signal is generated and fed back to a maintainer, the maintenance efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the carbon brush makes contact with the rail, the conductivity of the rail is detected, and the invention avoids that the power source of a vehicle is grounded through the rail.

    本发明涉及轨道交通检修技术领域,尤其涉及一种城市轨道交通故障检测装置,包括底座及设置在底座下侧的滚轮,所述底座下侧设有与滚轮对应的支架,所述滚轮与支架之间转动连接,所述支架上侧设有震动传感器,所述底座底部一侧设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机输出轴与滚轮固定连接,所述滚轮设有多组,分设底座下部两侧,所述滚轮之间设有碳刷,所述碳刷设置于滚轮的纵向垂直平面内,所述底座下侧设有与碳刷对应的碳刷架,所述碳刷架包括接电线、弹簧及滑套。本发明通过震动传感器检测滚轮震动状态,当遭遇凹坑或凸起时,震动异常,产生信号反馈给维修人员,提高检修效率,同时通过碳刷与铁轨接触,检测铁轨导电性能,避免影响车辆通过铁轨电源接地。
