The invention discloses an improved bracket structure for hanging underbody equipment of a rail transit vehicle and relates to the technical field of chassis hanging brackets of rail vehicles. The optimization design of an equipment protection structure of an existing chassis hanging bracket is not ideal enough, and the equipment protection structure is extremely easy to break and damage due to collision, and the problem that equipment is impacted by large-size stones or soil blocks cannot be solved. The invention just aims to solve the above problem. The improved bracket structure for hanging of the underbody equipment of the rail transit vehicle comprises two rail supporting shafts, the two rail supporting shafts are symmetrically hung on a chassis of the vehicle in a threaded locking mode, and the two rail supporting shafts are slidably sleeved with a hanging bracket; two L-shaped supporting rods are symmetrically welded to the front end of the hanging bracket; the whole hanging bracket is formed by jointly welding a rectangular frame at the top end and four hanging plates symmetrically welded at the bottom. When two barrier frames are impacted, two impact plates can instantly and automatically slide outwards at a high speed to crush stones or soil blocks into pieces, and impact damage to the equipment caused by large-size stones or soil blocks is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于轨道交通车辆车底设备吊挂用的改进支架结构,涉及轨道车辆底盘吊架技术领域,解决了现有的底盘吊架,设备防护结构优化设计的不够理想,极易被撞击折断损毁,不能够应对大体积石块或者土块对设备撞击的问题。一种基于轨道交通车辆车底设备吊挂用的改进支架结构,包括轨道托轴,两处所述轨道托轴螺纹锁紧对称吊装于车辆的底盘上,且两处轨道托轴上滑动套装有一处吊架;所述吊架的前端对称焊接有两处L状支撑杆;所述吊架整体由顶端矩形框和底部对称焊接的四处吊板共同焊接组成。本发明的两处挡栏架遭受撞击时,两处冲击板能够瞬时自动高速外滑冲击将石块或者土块击碎,避免大体积石块或者土块对设备造成撞击损伤。
