The invention discloses an intelligent steel coil transportation system based on sliding contact line power supply. The system comprises a track system and a transport trolley walking on a track, and the track system is provided with a power supply sliding contact line. The transport trolley receives electric energy in real time through a current collector to supply power to a power utilization system on the transport trolley in the process of walking along the track; the transport trolley is connected to a communication network in a wireless communication mode, and then information interaction between each transport trolley and an upper computer server system is achieved; and the track system comprises fixed tracks laid on the ground according to requirements and rotating disc devices which are arranged at the intersection and collection positions of the multiple fixed tracks and used for achieving track changing of the transport trolley. The rotating disc devices are also connected into the communication network to achieve information interaction between each rotating disc device and the upper computer server system. The upper computer server system comprehensively coordinates the whole steel coil transportation system according to the actual coil conveying task.

    本发明公开了一种基于滑触线供电的智能钢卷运输系统,包括轨道系统和在轨道上行走的运输小车,轨道系统布置有供电滑触线,运输小车沿轨道行走过程中通过集电器实时接收电能为运输小车上的用电系统进行供电;运输小车采用无线通讯方式接入通讯网络,进而实现每个运输小车与上位机服务器系统进行信息交互;轨道系统包括按需求铺设在地面的固定轨道和设置在若干固定轨道交叉汇集处的用于实现运输小车换轨的转盘装置,转盘装置也接入通讯网络实现每个转盘装置与上位机服务器系统信息交互,由上位机服务器系统根据实际送卷任务综合协调整个钢卷运输系统。
