The invention discloses an intelligent automobile driving estimation method and device based on a network. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first position where an automobile runs currently and a running direction of the automobile; obtaining the traffic condition on a first road section, wherein the first road section is the road section, within the preset distance range of the first position, of the road where the first position belongs in the driving direction; formulating a driving strategy according to the traffic condition on the first road section; judging whether the vehicle runs to the first road section or not; and under the condition that the judgment result is yes, controlling the driving of the vehicle according to the formulated driving strategy. According to the invention, the problem that long-term pre-judgment cannot be made in the existing automatic driving technology is solved, so that the pre-judgment time duration is prolonged, and the safety of automatic driving is further improved.
