The invention discloses a real-time calculation device and method for hydrogen consumption per hundred kilometers of a fuel cell vehicle. The fuel cell automobile comprises a fuel cell stack and a power cell, wherein the fuel cell stack and the power cell are electrically connected with a power motor, and the fuel cell stack is further electrically connected with the power cell so as to charge the power cell; the real-time calculation device comprises a fuel cell hydrogen consumption calculation module which is used for calculating fuel cell hydrogen consumption H1 based on a real-time hydrogen consumption curve of the fuel cell stack; a power battery hydrogen consumption calculation module which is used for calculating the hydrogen consumption H2 of the power battery according to the average charging and discharging power of the power battery; and a real-time hydrogen consumption calculation module which is used for calculating real-time hydrogen consumption H0 per hundred kilometers according to the total hydrogen consumption H3. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a real-time calculation method for the hydrogen consumption per hundred kilometers of the fuel cell vehicle.
