The invention belongs to the field of forklift batteries, and particularly relates to a forklift battery thermal management method which comprises a charging heating mode and a discharging heating mode, the charging heating mode comprises the steps of: 1.1) detecting the battery temperature, when the battery temperature is in a charging ultralow-temperature area, enabling the battery to enter a 1.2) stage, and when the battery temperature is in a charging low-temperature area, enabling the battery to enter a 1.3) stage; when the temperature of the battery is in a charging normal temperature area, enabling the battery to enter a 1.4) stage; 1.2) setting the current output by the BMS to be only the input current of the heating film; 1.3) setting the current output by the BMS to be the sum of the heating film input current and the battery charging current; and 1.4) setting the current output by the BMS to be only the battery charging current. The method has the beneficial effects that the battery can be used in a relatively wide temperature range, and the temperature applicability is improved.

    本发明属于叉车电池领域,具体涉及一种叉车电池热管理方法,包括充电加热模式和放电加热模式:充电加热模式包括1.1)检测电池温度,当电池温度处于充电超低温区域时,电池进入1.2)阶段,当电池温度处于充电低温区域时,电池进入1.3)阶段,当电池温度处于充电常温区域时,电池进入1.4)阶段;1.2)设置BMS输出的电流仅为加热膜输入电流;1.3)设置BMS输出的电流为加热膜输入电流与电池充电电流之和;1.4)设置BMS输出的电流仅为电池充电电流。本发明的有益效果是:本发明使电池可以在较广的温度范围内使用,增加温度适用性。
