The invention discloses a traffic incident intelligent detection system. According to the invention, the main principle of the traffic incident intelligent detection technology is a basic algorithm and incident logic judgment, and the basic algorithm is to accurately detect vehicles, pedestrians and other objects, know the position and contour information of each vehicle and pedestrian, and then comprehensively judge whether to give an alarm or not according to the characteristics of each traffic incident on the basis; according to the intelligent traffic incident detection technology, a working mode which cannot be realized by human is realized through a sensor, transmission communication, a computer, software and the like, and various accidental factors are overcome; and even a lot of images, which cannot be recognized by human eyes, on the road surface can be detected. The traffic incident intelligent detection technology has been successfully applied to Guangdong Western Guangzhou-Zhuhai West Expressway, Boluo-Shenzhen expressway, Dongyu expressway, Guangzhou-Qingyuan expressway, Erenhot-Guangzhou expressway and the like, and the improvement of the road traffic safety condition in China and the improvement of the road traffic management level in China are certainly and powerfully promoted.

    本发明公开了一种交通事件智慧检测系统。本发明中,交通事件智慧检测技术主要原理是:基础算法和事件逻辑判断,基本算法是对车辆、行人以及其他物体的准确检测,知道每个车辆、行人的位置和轮廓信息,然后在这个基础上,根据每种交通事件的特点,来综合判断是否报警;交通事件智慧检测技术是通过传感器、传输通信、计算机及软件等做到人力无法实现的工作方式,克服各种偶然因数等等;甚至可以对路面很多人眼无法识别的画面进行侦测;交通事件智慧检测技术已成功在广东省广珠西线、博深高速、东御高速、广清高速及二广高速等成功应用,必将有力推动我国道路交通安全状况改善和我国道路交通管理水平的提升。
