The invention discloses a real-time track state detection and early warning system. The system comprises a shell, two monitoring cavities which are symmetrical in left-right position and provided with upward openings are formed in the shell, the inner walls of the monitoring cavities are slidably connected with monitoring plates, and the top ends of the monitoring plates are fixedly connected with cameras. A blocking device protects the safety of the cameras and other internal structures when the system is not in use, so as to prolong the service life, reduce the maintenance cost and improve the utilization rate of the machine. A detection device detects the interior of a rail through an ultrasonic flaw detector, and checks whether internal damage occurs or not. If damage exists, a train stops moving forward, and meanwhile, the system sends a breaking signal to a train behind and peripheral platforms, and prompts the train behind to stop running to avoid casualties, and calls the peripheral platforms to dispatch related maintenance personnel for detection and maintenance to reduce unnecessary dangers and protect the personal safety of the train and passengers.
