According to the cargo boom device, the first connecting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the outer-section lifting arm, and the second connecting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the inner-section lifting arm, so that stress distribution in the section of a cargo boom during operation is more uniform, stress concentration is avoided, lifting arm cover plates do not need to be thickened, and the cargo boom device is suitable for cranes of different tonnages, the self weight of the cargo boom is reduced, and the lifting performance is improved.
