The invention provides a fastening adjusting device for an aircraft steel cable connector, the device adopts a clamp structure, and the clamp structure comprises a first operating arm assembly and a second operating arm assembly; one end of the first operation arm assembly is rotationally connected with one end of the second operation arm assembly, clamping connectors are arranged at the other ends of the first operation arm assembly and the second operation arm assembly, and the first operation arm assembly and the second operation arm assembly are symmetrical along a straight line where a rotating connection point is located; during use, the steel cable A and the steel cable B are connected through the elastic thread sleeve and then clamped on the two clamping connectors, and the steel cable A and the steel cable B are connected with the elastic thread sleeve at the same time by adjusting the field angle between the first operation arm assembly and the second operation arm assembly.     本发明提出了一种用于飞机钢索接头的紧定调节装置,所述装置采用夹子结构,夹子结构包括第一操作臂组件、第二操作臂组件;第一操作臂组件与第二操作臂组件一端转动连接,第一操作臂组件与第二操作臂组件另一端设置有夹持接头,所述第一操作臂组件与第二操作臂组件沿转动连接点所在直线对称;使用时,钢索A与钢索B采用松紧螺套连接,之后夹持在两个夹持接头上,通过调节第一操作臂组件与第二操作臂组件之间的张角实现同时将钢索A、钢索B与松紧螺套连接。该装置安装准确、操作简单、拆装方便、通用化程度高,解决了钢索机构连接长度和张紧力无法保证的问题,避免了飞行过程中舵面震颤、无法旋转的风险,提高了安装精度,缩短了生产周期。
