The aluminum alloy saddle shell comprises a body, a front cross beam plate and a rear cross beam plate are sequentially arranged on the inner side of the body from front to back, front reinforcing ribs are arranged between the two ends of the front cross beam plate and the front side wall of the body, a pull rod spring containing hole is formed in one front reinforcing rib, a pull rod placing groove is formed in the other front reinforcing rib, and a positioning baffle placing groove is formed in the side wall, opposite to the pull rod placing groove, of the body; outer side plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the body, inner side plates are correspondingly arranged on the inner sides of the outer side plates, and support placing grooves are formed among the corresponding outer side plates, the corresponding inner side plates, the front cross beam plate and the rear cross beam plate; a mounting hole is formed between the two inner side plates, a horseshoe opening containing groove is formed in the outer circumference of the end, located on the outer side of the body, of the mounting hole, and the rear end of the horseshoe opening containing groove penetrates through a hanging inlet groove. According to the invention, the structure of the saddle shell is optimized, and the saddle shell is integrally forged and formed by adopting the aluminum alloy plate, so that the light weight of the whole saddle shell is realized.

    本发明设计了一种铝合金鞍座壳体,包括本体,所述本体的内侧从前往后依次设置有前横梁板和后横梁板,所述前横梁板的两端与本体的前侧壁之间设置前加强筋,其中一个前加强筋上设置拉杆弹簧放置孔,另一个前加强筋上设置拉杆放置槽,本体上与拉杆放置槽相对的侧壁上设置有定位挡放置槽;本体的左右两侧均设置有外侧板,外侧板的内侧对应设置有内侧板,对应的外侧板、内侧板与前横梁板、后横梁板之间构成支座放置槽;两个内侧板之间设置安装孔,在安装孔位于本体外侧一端的外圆周上设置马蹄口放置槽,所述马蹄口放置槽的后端与进挂槽贯穿。本发明对鞍座壳体的结构进行优化,并采用铝合金板一体锻造成型,实现整个鞍座壳体的轻量化。
