The method comprises the steps of after a whole vehicle power-on instruction is received, judging whether the battery cell voltage accumulation sum V0 of the battery pack is equal to the inner side voltage V1, whether 0<=(V0-V)<=Vprecision0<=V3<=Vprecision is satisfied, whether high-grade faults do not exist, and if yes, driving an accessory relay to be closed, and driving a precharge relay to be closed; judging whether V1-V3 is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to Vpresion, and if yes, driving a main negative relay to be closed; after pre-charging is completed, driving the main positive relay to be closed, and driving the pre-charging relay to be disconnected; and judging whether the condition that '2jeemaa2' V1-V3 '2jeemaa2' <= Vprecision is met, continuously reaching a set period, and if yes, sending a high-voltage connection signal to the whole vehicle. Based on each relay, a high-voltage power-on process with a reasonable time sequence is provided, and the dangers of relay adhesion, pre-charging failure, pre-charging explosion, pre-charging short circuit, high-voltage component damage, safety threat caused by control loss of the whole vehicle and the like due to unreasonable time sequence control are prevented.

    本发明涉及动力电池技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车动力电池高压切换控制方法。接收到整车上电指令后,依次判断电池组电芯电压累加和V0是否等于内侧电压V1、是否满足0≤(V0‑V1)≤Vprecision&&0≤V3≤Vprecision、是否不存在高等级故障,若均为是,则驱动附件继电器闭合、驱动预充继电器闭合;判断是否满足0≤V1‑V3≤Vprecision,若是,则驱动主负继电器闭合;预充完成后,驱动主正继电器闭合,驱动预充继电器断开;判断是否满足|V1‑V3|≤Vprecision,且持续达到设定周期,若是,则向整车发送高压连接信号。基于各个继电器,提供了一种具有合理时序的高压上电流程,防止不合理的时序控制引起的继电器粘连,预充失败,预充爆炸,预充短路,高压元器件损坏,整车失去控制威胁安全等危险。
