The invention discloses a fuel cell automobile integrated heat management system based on a heat pump air conditioner and a control method. A fuel cell heat management loop comprises a fuel cell, a radiator, a water pump and a three-way valve. The power battery thermal management loop comprises a power battery, a radiator, a water pump and a three-way valve; the motor heat management loop comprises a motor, a motor controller, a water pump, a radiator and a three-way valve; and the passenger compartment thermal management circuit includes a passenger compartment, an HVAC system, a switching device, and a three-way valve. The invention further discloses a control method of the system. Firstly, the operation condition of the whole vehicle is judged through the environment temperature, then the opening and closing states of the switching device and the three-way valves of the loops are comprehensively judged according to the temperature of the loops, and therefore efficient heat utilization of whole vehicle integrated heat management is achieved. By introducing the heat pump air conditioner, energy consumed during traditional PTC heating is reduced, control is easy, the structure is reasonable, and the energy utilization rate and economical efficiency of the fuel cell automobile can be improved.
本发明公开了一种基于热泵空调的燃料电池汽车集成热管理系统及控制方法,燃料电池热管理回路包括燃料电池、散热器、水泵和三通阀;动力电池热管理回路包括动力电池、散热器、水泵和三通阀;电机热管理回路包括电机、电机控制器、水泵、散热器和三通阀;乘员舱热管理回路包括乘员舱、HVAC系统、切换装置和三通阀。本发明还公开了上述系统的控制方法。首先通过环境温度判断整车的运行条件,然后根据各回路的温度来综合判断此时切换装置与各回路三通阀的开闭状态,从而实现整车集成热管理的热量高效利用。本发明通过引入热泵空调,减少传统PTC加热时消耗的能量,控制简单,结构合理,有利于提高燃料电池汽车的能量利用率和经济性。
