The invention relates to a smooth degree local identification platform comprising: a signal receiving device which is arranged on a cross bar near a local traffic road, is connected with a far-end traffic management center server, and is used for receiving a smooth slowing instruction or a smooth acceleration instruction which is returned by the server and is consistent with a local traffic road code; a smooth degree identification mechanism which is used for determining the smooth degree of the road inversely proportional to the received average time length, wherein the signal receiving equipment is also connected with the smooth degree identification mechanism, and is used for sending the received road smooth degree and the local traffic road code together to a far-end traffic management center server. The smooth degree local identification platform is compact in logic and wide in application. The judgment precision and the judgment efficiency of the higher road smoothness degree and the lower road smoothness degree can be considered, so that the intelligent identification of the smoothness degree of each road is realized.

    本发明涉及一种通畅程度本地辨识平台,包括:信号接收设备,设置在交通道路本地附近的横杆上,与远端的交通管理中心服务器连接,用于接收所述服务器返回的与本地交通道路编码一致的通畅趋缓指令或者通畅加速指令;通畅度辨识机构,用于确定与接收到的平均时长成反比的道路通畅度;其中,所述信号接收设备还与所述通畅度辨识机构连接,用于将接收到的道路通畅度与本地交通道路编码一并发送给远端的交通管理中心服务器。本发明的通畅程度本地辨识平台逻辑紧凑、应用广泛。由于能够兼顾较高道路通畅程度以及较低道路通畅程度的判断精度和判断效率,从而实现各处道路通畅程度的智能化辨识。
