The invention provides a gantry crane take-up device with an anti-deviation function. The device comprises a force bearing arm, supporting beams and trundles rotationally arranged at the lower sides of the supporting beams, wherein the force bearing arm is fixed to the tops of the supporting beams; a transverse moving mechanism is arranged on the force bearing arm in a sliding mode; and an anti-deviation take-up and pay-off mechanism is arranged below the force bearing arm. The device and the method solve the problem that a take-up device on a conventional gantry crane lifting device does not have an anti-deviation take-up and pay-off effect, the device is reasonable in structure, three groups of steel wire ropes are adopted to form a triangular pyramid structure, lateral stress is balanced, a lifting hook and a hanging scaffold move synchronously in the vertical direction, and a hoisted object is prevented from laterally swinging.

    本发明提供一种具有防偏移功能的龙门吊收线装置,包括承力臂、支撑梁、以及转动设置在支撑梁下侧的脚轮,承力臂固定在支撑梁的顶部,承力臂上滑动设置有横向移动机构,承力臂下方设置有防偏移收放线机构,解决了以往的龙门吊吊装设备上的收线装置不具备防偏移收放线效果的问题,本发明结构合理,采用三组钢丝绳构成三棱锥结构,平衡侧向受力,使吊钩与吊盘垂直方向运动同步,避免了被吊物件发生侧向摆动。
