The invention provides a modularized movable hydrogen equipment explosion-proof structure and a hydrogen refueling station system thereof. Hydrogen concentration sensors are used for monitoring the hydrogen concentration in a hydrogen refueling area, a heat exchange area and a hydrogen storage area in real time, so that whether hydrogen leakage occurs or not is detected; when a hydrogen concentration sensor detects that hydrogen in a certain area leaks, a PLC electrical cabinet controls an exhaust fan to start, external air is absorbed into a main pipeline through the exhaust fan, an electric control valve on a communicating pipe in the hydrogen leakage area is opened, the air is conveyed to the leakage area through the communicating pipe, and therefore, the gas flow rate in the leakage area is increased, and the hydrogen concentration in the leakage area is reduced; meanwhile, an air feeder in the corresponding area is turned on, the gas in the leakage area is quickly discharged out of the corresponding area through a gas discharging pipe, and the danger that the hydrogen refueling station possibly explodes due to the fact that the hydrogen concentration is not reduced in time when hydrogen is leaked is avoided.
本发明公开了一种模块化可移动式的氢气设备防爆结构及其加氢站系统,通过所述氢气浓度传感器实时监测所述加氢区、所述热交换区和所述氢气储存区内的氢气浓度,从而检测是否出现氢气泄露,当所述氢气浓度传感器测得某区域氢气发生泄露时,通过所述PLC电气柜控制所述抽风机启动,通过所述抽风机将外界空气吸收至所述主管道内,并打开氢气泄露区域的所述连通管上的所述电控阀,将空气通过所述连通管输送至泄露区域处,从而加快泄露区域内的气体流速,并且减少泄露区域内的氢气浓度,同时打开对应区域的所述送风机,通过所述泄气管,将泄露区域内的气体快速排出对应区域,避免氢气产生泄露时,未能及时降低氢气浓度,加氢站可能产生爆炸的危险。
