The invention relates to an electric vehicle chassis collision protection and alarm system. The system comprises a microbend optical fiber sensor, a microprocessor and an ECU. Whether the chassis and the battery box body deform is sensed through optical signals obtained by the micro-bend optical fiber sensor. The microprocessor converts the optical signal change into the electric signal change and calculates the change rate of the electric signal. The ECU judges the change rate of the electric signal according to a preset threshold value, so that the deformation degree of the chassis and the battery box body is evaluated, and related devices are controlled to process. Based on the structure, a driver can be effectively warned in time, different coping strategies can be adopted, for an existing protection strategy that a chassis protection structure is additionally arranged, the chassis collision strength can be evaluated more timely and rapidly, the driver is reminded to take reasonable coping measures, and serious accidents such as vehicle combustion caused by excessive damage of the battery box body are avoided.

    本发明涉及电动车辆底盘碰撞防护及报警系统,该系统包括:微弯光纤传感器、微处理器和ECU。其中,通过采用微弯光纤传感器获取的光信号感知自底盘及电池箱体是否发生形变。微处理器将光信号变化转换成电信号变化,并对电信号的变化率进行计算。ECU根据预设阈值对电信号的变化率进行判断,从而完成对底盘及电池箱体形变程度的评估,并控制相关装置进行处理。基于此结构,本发明能够及时对驾驶员进行有效警示并采取不同的应对策略,针对现有的通过加装底盘防护结构的防护策略而言,能够更及时迅速的对底盘碰撞强度进行评估,提醒驾驶员采取合理应对措施,避免因电池箱体过度损伤所引发的车辆燃烧等严重事故。
