The invention discloses a supporting frame of a single-beam type vehicle liquefied natural gas cylinder, which comprises two saddles arranged at an interval, a cross beam is arranged between two end parts of the two saddles, the two end parts of the two saddles are fixedly connected through a cross beam, and the cross beam structurally comprises a cross beam body which is in a shape with two wide ends and a narrow middle part, a top folded edge and a bottom folded edge which are folded inwards are arranged at the top and the bottom of the cross beam body respectively, the two ends of the cross beam body extend into mounting grooves of the two saddles respectively, reinforcing plates are arranged on the inner sides of the two ends of a supporting plate of each saddle, and each reinforcing plate comprises an L-shaped reinforcing plate body and a reinforcing plate folded edge. The reinforcing plate body is fixed on the supporting plate, the reinforcing plate folding edge extends into the position between the cross beam and the end plate of the saddle at the corresponding end, and the reinforcing plate folding edge, the end portion of the cross beam and the end plate of the saddle are fixed through bolts. The supporting frame has the advantages that the structure is simplified, installation is convenient, and stability is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种单横梁式车用液化天然气气瓶的支撑框架,包括:间隔设置的两个鞍座,两个鞍座的两端部之间均设置有横梁,两个鞍座的两端部之间均通过一根横梁固定连接,横梁的结构包括:横梁本体,横梁本体呈两端宽、中间窄的形状,横梁本体的顶部和底部分别设置向里翻折的顶部折边和底部折边,横梁本体的两端分别伸入至两个鞍座的安装槽中,每个鞍座的支撑板两端的内侧均设置加强板,加强板包括L形设置的加强板本体和加强板折边,所述的加强板本体固定在支撑板上,所述的加强板折边伸入至横梁与对应端的鞍座的端板之间,加强板折边、横梁端部以及鞍座的端板之间螺栓固定。本发明优点在于:结构简化,安装方便,稳定性大大提高。
