The invention provides a new energy automobile heat pump air conditioning system which comprises an electric scroll compressor, an automobile indoor heat exchanger, an automobile outdoor heat exchanger, a flash evaporator and a four-way reversing valve, the electric scroll compressor is connected with the flash evaporator, an air supplementing cavity is formed in the middle of the electric scroll compressor, one or more air supplementing holes are formed in the surface of the air supplementing cavity in a penetrating mode, the air supplementing cavity is outwards connected with an air suction pipeline at the air supplementing hole, the other end of the air suction pipeline is connected with an air pump, and a pressure sensor is arranged on the air suction pipeline. The air supplementing cavity is formed in the middle of the electric scroll compressor, the pressure in the air supplementing cavity is monitored in real time through the pressure sensor on the air suction pipeline, real-time supplementing is carried out, the exhaust temperature of the electric scroll compressor is reduced, the mass flow rate of a refrigerant is increased, and the economical efficiency of refrigeration and heating of the air conditioning system is improved; the air conditioning system cools exhaust gas of the electric scroll compressor through medium-temperature medium-pressure refrigerant gas flowing out of the flash evaporator, and the heating effect of the air conditioning system in a low-temperature environment is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车热泵空调系统,包括电动涡旋压缩机,车室内换热器、车室外换热器、闪蒸器和四通换向阀,电动涡旋压缩机连接有闪蒸器,电动涡旋压缩机的中部设置有补气腔,补气腔的表面贯通设置有一个以上的补气孔,补气腔在补气孔处向外连接有吸气管路,吸气管路的另一端连接有气泵,吸气管路上设置有压力传感器。本发明的电动涡旋压缩机的中部设置补气腔,通过吸气管路上的压力传感器实时监测补气腔内的压力并进行实时补充,降低其自身的排气温度,增加制冷剂的质量流量,提升空调系统制冷、制热的经济性;空调系统利用闪蒸器中流出的中温中压制冷剂气体冷却电动涡旋压缩机的排气,满足空调系统在低温环境下的制热效果。
