The invention discloses a multi-layer frame type dry magnetic separator which comprises a tower, a multi-layer frame located in the tower and magnetic rollers located in the frame, each magnetic roller is sealed and fixed in the corresponding frame through a detachable baffle and a non-detachable baffle, the detachable baffles allow the fixed magnetic rollers to enter and exit from the frames, and the dry magnetic separator also comprises a track located at the top of the tower, and a movable electric hoist located in the track. When a certain or some damaged magnetic rollers in the multi-layer frame type dry magnetic separator need to be maintained or replaced, only the detachable baffles corresponding to the damaged magnetic rollers need to be disassembled, the damaged magnetic rollers are moved out, the damaged magnetic rollers are hoisted to a transport vehicle through the movable electric hoist or directly hoisted to a proper maintenance position, other normal magnetic rollers are not influenced, and the whole magnetic separator does not need to be disassembled completely, so that the maintenance cost is greatly saved, and the efficiency is higher.
