The invention discloses a full-intelligent magnetic suspension automatic vehicle entering and exiting parking lot system and belongs to the technical field of parking lots. The top of the parking system is a direct-current positive electrode, and the floor is a direct-current negative electrode; a vertical electromagnet is arranged below a floor in a parking lot, and the magnetic force is vertically upward; the direct-current positive electrode and the direct-current negative electrode provide a direct-current power supply for the vertical electromagnet and a magnetic suspension dispatching trailer under the floor; a sensor and a two-dimensional code identifier are mounted on the wall of the parking lot; a vehicle information reader is installed at an entrance of the parking lot, and the magnetic suspension dispatching trailer runs on the vertical electromagnet in a suspension mode; the sensor is connected with the signal input end of a data processing center, and the two-dimensional code identifier provides obstacle warning for the data processing center; the warning information is transmitted to the data processing center and the data processing branch centers through the sensor; the vehicle information reader and the magnetic suspension dispatching trailer are in wireless communication connection with a signal receiver; and the signal receiver is connected with the data processing center and is arranged on a guide rod.
