The invention relates to the technical field of train traction control and particularly relates to a train traction control method and system based on IGBT device operation real-time junction temperature. The invention provides a train traction control method based on IGBT device operation real-time junction temperature. The train traction control method comprises the following steps that S1, temperature parameters of a radiator below an IGBT device and current parameters of the IGBT device are collected in real time; S2, the real-time operation junction temperature of the IGBT device is calculated; and S3, the traction converter control device performs train operation control and optimization of a cooling system according to the real-time junction temperature of IGBT device operation. According to the train traction control method and system based on the IGBT device operation real-time junction temperature, the real-time operation junction temperature of the IGBT device is accurately calculated, application reliability of the IGBT is improved, the refined design capacity of the slave device, the traction converter and train operation is improved, acceleration and deceleration of train operation control are optimized, optimal control of train line operation and network side harmonic waves is realized, and optimal control of a cooling system is realized.

    本发明涉及列车牵引控制技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种基于IGBT器件运行实时结温的列车牵引控制方法及系统。本发明提供了基于IGBT器件运行实时结温的列车牵引控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、实时采集IGBT器件下方散热器的温度参数和IGBT器件的电流参数;S2、计算IGBT器件的实时运行结温;S3、牵引变流器控制装置根据IGBT器件运行实时结温,进行列车运行控制和冷却系统的优化。本发明提出的基于IGBT器件运行实时结温的列车牵引控制方法及系统,通过精准计算IGBT器件的实时运行结温,提高IGBT的应用可靠性,提升了从器件、牵引变流器和列车运行的精细化设计能力,优化列车运行控制的加减速,实现列车线路运行和网侧谐波的最优控制,实现冷却系统的最优控制。
