The invention discloses a balanced wind tunnel lift force measuring device which comprises a base, a force measuring support, a supporting shaft, a supporting seat, a force measuring sensor and a balancing weight. Two force transmission supporting straight plates are arranged in the middle of the force measuring support, the middles of the two force transmission supporting straight plates are rotationally connected to the two supporting bases through supporting shafts, a supporting beam used for being connected with a wing to be measured is fixed to the left ends of the two force transmission supporting straight plates, and the right ends of the two force transmission supporting straight plates are connected with a force transmission rod through locking screws. The upper end of the force transducer is sleeved and fixed with the dowel bar through a connecting piece, and the lower end of the force transducer is fixed with the upper end surface of the balancing weight. By replacing the balancing weights with different heights, the lift force test of the to-be-tested wing at different inclination angles is realized. The measuring device provided by the invention solves the problem that a traditional wind tunnel force measuring device cannot meet the requirement of reliable installation when a complex-structure aircraft is subjected to a lift force test.
本发明公开了一种平衡式风洞升力测量装置,包括底座、测力支架、支撑轴、支撑座、测力传感器和配重块;测力支架的中部为两条传力支撑直板,两条传力支撑直板的中部通过支撑轴转动连接在两个支撑座上,两条传力支撑直板的左端固定有用于连接待测机翼的支撑梁,两条传力支撑直板的右端通过锁紧螺钉连接传力杆;所述测力传感器的上端通过连接件与传力杆套接固定,所述测力传感器的下端与配重块的上端面固定;通过更换不同高度的配重块,实现在不同倾角下对待测机翼的升力测试。本发明的测量装置解决了传统风洞测力装置无法满足复杂结构飞行器进行升力测试时可靠安装的问题。
