The invention discloses a redundant double-unlocking drive release device. The device comprises a shell and a separation connecting part, wherein a radial action assembly and an axial action assembly are arranged in the shell, and the axial action assembly is connected with a pin puller and an action trigger generator; the carrier rocket comprises a plurality of carrying cabin sections which are connected in sequence, and every two adjacent carrying cabin sections are connected through an interstage separation surface; the redundant double-unlocking drive release devices are arranged on each interstage separation surface, and the redundant double-unlocking drive release devices are used for dividing the interstage separation surface into an upper-stage remaining shell section fixedly connected with one carrying cabin section and a lower-stage remaining shell section fixedly connected with another carrying cabin section; the separation connecting part is connected to each upper-stage remaining shell section; and the shell is connected to each lower-stage remaining shell section. The structure design of redundant unlocking drive backup is adopted, and axial driving and radial locking and unlocking drive are adopted, so that reliable connection and separation are achieved through mechanical actions which are simple and reliable in action and low in impact.

    本发明公开了一种冗余式双解锁驱动释放装置,包括壳体和分离连接件,壳体内部设置有径向动作组件和轴向动作组件,轴向动作组件连接有拔销器以及动作触发电机;其运载火箭包括多个顺次连接的运载舱段,相邻两个运载舱段通过级间分离面连接,级间分离面上设置有冗余式双解锁驱动释放装置,冗余式双解锁驱动释放装置用于将级间分离面分割成与一个运载舱段固定连接的上面级剩余壳段和与另一个运载舱段固定连接的下面级剩余壳段,且分离连接件连接在上面级剩余壳段上,壳体连接在下面级剩余壳段上,本发明采用冗余式解锁驱动备份的结构设计,采用轴向驱动和径向锁止和解锁驱动,通过动作简单可靠和低冲击的机械动作实现可靠连接和分离。
