The invention discloses a novel wind and wave combined power generation system based on a two-freedom-degree generator. The novel wind and wave combined power generation system comprises a vertical axis draught fan (1), the two-freedom-degree generator (2), an oscillation floater (3), a suspension platform (4) and a connecting rod (5), and in the system, the vertical axis draught fan (1) is arranged at the uppermost part of the connecting rod (5), and the two-freedom-degree generator (2) is installed at the bottom of the connecting rod (5). The two-freedom-degree generator (2) is fixed to the suspension platform (4) on the sea. The connecting rod (5) is connected with the vertical axis draught fan (1) to rotate along with wind and is also connected to the oscillating floater (4) to move up and down along with sea waves, and therefore a rotor of the two-freedom-degree generator (3) moves relative to a stator in a rotating, linear or spiral mode, and the three movements can make the rotary linear generator generate induced electromotive force, and effective power generation is achieved. By means of the system, an independent rotary power generation system and an independent linear power generation system are integrated in one unit, a plurality of energy conversion devices are saved, and therefore the cost of the system is lower than that of a traditional wind and wave combined power generation system.

    本发明公开一种基于两自由度发电机的新型风浪结合发电系统,包括垂直轴风机(1)、两自由度发电机(2)、振荡浮子(3)、悬浮平台(4)、连杆(5),系统中垂直轴风机(1)安装在连杆(5)的最上部,而两自由度发电机(2)安装在连杆(5)的底部,两自由度发电机(2)固定在海上的悬浮平台(4)上。连杆(5)与垂直轴风机(1)相连随风旋转,同时也连接在振荡浮子(4)之上随着海浪上下运动,因此两自由度发电机(3)的动子相对于定子旋转运动、直线运动或螺旋运动,这三种运动都会使得旋转直线发电机产生感应电动势,从而实现有效发电。这种系统将单独的旋转发电系统与单独的直线发电系统集成在一个单元当中,节省了许多能量转换装置,因此该系统的成本相较于传统风浪结合发电系统更低。
