The lifting appliance capable of being compatible with a servo motor in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction at the same time to implement assembly is utilized, so that the position of the center of gravity of lifting is ensured, the servo motor is always in a balanced alignment assembly state, and then the rotation angle is adjusted relative to a shaft gear of the servo motor, and the shaft end gear of the servo motor is inserted into a matching gear of a robot speed reducer in an engaged state, so that the requirements for labor saving, safety, reliability, convenience in implementation and rapid production are met.

    本发明公开了一种伺服电机多向吊具,以解决现有技术中大质量伺服电机徒手搬运装配,劳动强度大,定心不准,齿轮磕碰的现象,影响传动精度与寿命的问题。该多向吊具包括安装板、吊板、侧吊板、支撑板、旋转轴、第一圆锥滚子轴承、第二圆锥滚子轴承、压圈、圆螺母、垂直吊环以及水平吊环。本发明利用一套可同时兼容竖直与水平方向的伺服电机实施装配的吊具,以确保吊装的重心点位置,使伺服电机始终处于平衡对正装配状态,再通过相对伺服电机轴齿轮进行旋转角度的调整,使伺服电机的轴端齿轮与机器人减速机的配对齿轮啮合状态插入,以达到节省劳动力,安全可靠,实施方便、快速生产的要求。
