The invention relates to the related field of rivers, in particular to a recycling and cleaning device for inundation plants in a river, which comprises a ship body, an opening cavity with an outward opening is formed in the advancing end face of the ship body, a moving plate is slidably installed in the opening cavity, and an extension cavity is formed in the lower end wall of the opening cavity in a communicating mode. The communicating part between the extension cavity and the opening cavity is provided with a rotating plate which is slidably mounted. By means of the device, plants inundation in water can be rapidly cleaned, extrusion and evaporation are provided for the plants, water in the plants is discharged, the mass of the plants stored in the ship body is greatly increased, the mass of the plants is discharged out of the water in the ship, and therefore, a waterline of the ship body is prevented from being increased due to mass increase in the ship body.
