The invention discloses a synchronous inserting and locking type hub which comprises a center disc, spokes and a rim; the hub further comprises an abutting positioning mechanism and a synchronous locking mechanism. An abutting threaded column rotates towards the outer end, at the moment, a conical driving block also rotates towards the outer end, and a synchronous inserting plate is driven to be inserted into a synchronous positioning groove connected with the inner side of the periphery of an external thread ring body, so that a locking structure of the external thread ring body is formed; when the conical driving block continues to rotate towards the outer end and is separated from the synchronous inserting plate, the outer side of an extending limiting ring is driven to abut against the synchronous inserting plate, and at the moment, the synchronous inserting plate is limited through the extending limiting ring, meanwhile the conical driving block continues to rotate towards the outer end and abuts against the inner side of the rim, through interaction of force, the spokes obtain radial counter-acting force, then the synchronous inserting plate is driven to obtain radial abutting force in the synchronous positioning groove of the external thread ring body, and the stability of the synchronous inserting plate and the synchronous positioning groove is improved.

    本发明公开了一种同步插接锁定式轮毂,包括中心盘、辐条、轮辋;还包括抵压定位机构和同步锁定机构;本发明的抵接螺纹柱向外端旋转,此时锥形驱动块向外端也作旋转运动,并带动同步插接板插入连接于外螺纹环体四周内侧的同步定位槽内,如此形成外螺纹环体的锁定结构,当锥形驱动块向外端继续旋转并脱离同步插接板后带动延伸限位环外侧抵压同步插接板,此时通过延伸限位环进行限位住同步插接板,同时由于锥形驱动块向外端继续旋转并抵压柱轮辋内侧时,通过力的相互作用使得辐条获得一个径向反作用力,进而带动同步插接板在外螺纹环体的同步定位槽内获得径向的抵压力,提高了同步插接板和同步定位槽的平稳性。
