The invention discloses a balance weight adjustable quay crane energy-saving system. The system comprises a hoisting mechanism, a hoisting steel wire rope, a balance reduction gearbox, a balance winding drum, a balance weight steel wire rope, a movable pulley and a balance box, wherein the hoisting mechanism is connected with a quay crane trolley lifting appliance through the hoisting steel wire rope, and the hoisting mechanism is also in transmission connection with the balance reduction gearbox; the balance reduction gearbox is in transmission connection with the balance winding drum; one end of the balance weight steel wire rope is wound on the balance winding drum, and the other end of the balance weight steel wire rope winds across the movable pulley to be fixedly connected with a quay crane structure; the movable pulley is fixedly connected with the balance box; and a plurality of balance weights are detachably arranged in the balance box. The number of the balance weights can be increased or decreased according to the weight of containers hoisted by the quay crane trolley lifting appliance, the total weight of the balance weights is adjusted, the energy-saving effect reaches 25% or above, meanwhile, the problems that a traditional energy-saving system is complex in arrangement and tedious in operation are solved, the working efficiency of a quay crane is not affected, the stability of the energy-saving system is improved, and the stable structure and the safe operation of the quay crane are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种配重可调节的岸桥节能系统,包括起升机构、起升钢丝绳、平衡减速箱、平衡卷筒、平衡重钢丝绳、动滑轮和平衡箱,起升机构经起升钢丝绳与岸桥小车吊具连接,起升机构还与平衡减速箱传动连接,平衡减速箱与平衡卷筒传动连接,平衡重钢丝绳的一端缠绕于平衡卷筒上,另一端绕过动滑轮与岸桥结构固定连接,动滑轮与平衡箱固定连接,所述平衡箱内可拆卸设有若干配重块。本发明中配重块数量可以根据岸桥小车吊具吊取集装箱的重量增加或减少,调节平衡重的总重量,节能效果达到25%以上,同时还避免了传统节能系统布置复杂,操作繁琐的问题,无需影响岸桥的工作效率,并且还提高了节能系统的稳定性,保证岸桥结构稳定,岸桥运行安全。
