The invention discloses an anti-winding tool for steel wire ropes. The anti-winding tool comprises an upper rod, a lower rod and a metal rod, wherein a left jacket and a right jacket are mounted at the bottom end of the upper rod; the lower rod is connected between the left jacket and the right jacket in a sleeving manner; a stable supporting rod is arranged between the lower rod and the upper rod; the metal rod is connected inside the upper rod and the lower rod; bolt holes are formed in the upper rod and the lower rod; fixed bolts are mounted on the bolt holes; the top end of the metal rod is connected with a limiting sleeve rod; anti-corrosion layers are arranged on the limiting sleeve rod and the metal rod; and an anti-collision sleeve and a blocking rod are arranged on the metal rod. According to the anti-winding tool disclosed by the invention, the metal rod and the limiting sleeve rod are arranged, so that the steel wire ropes are firstly moved into the limiting sleeve rod before hoisting, and then, the device is transported to a position below a traction head through a lifting ring; and the limiting sleeve rod limits a moving range of the steel wire ropes, and the four steel wire ropes are not wound, so that the condition that a constructor is injured as an object is rotated due to the winding problem of the steel wire ropes at a lifting hook end is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种钢丝绳防缠绕工装,包括上杆、下杆和金属杆,上杆的底端安装有左夹套与右夹套,且左夹套与右夹套之间套接有下杆,下杆和上杆之间设有稳定支杆,上杆和下杆的内部连接有金属杆,上杆和下杆上设有螺栓孔,且螺栓孔上安装有固定螺栓,金属杆的顶端连接有限位套杆,限位套杆和金属杆上均设有防腐蚀层,金属杆上设有防撞套和卡位杆;本发明通过设置金属杆与限位套杆,这样在起吊前先将钢丝绳移至限位套杆的内部,再通过吊环将该装置运输到牵引头下方,限位套杆对钢丝绳的移动范围进行限制,四根钢丝绳变不会发生缠绕,这样避免了发生由于吊钩端钢丝绳缠绕问题导致物件打转伤及施工人员的情况。
