Through a driver fixedly installed on one side of the cage and the frequency converter fixedly installed at the bottom end of the interior of the electric control cabinet, the frequency converter controls the driver formed by connecting three sets of motors in parallel in an open-loop mode in a multi-segment line VF control mode, the speed of a construction hoist can be increased by controlling the driver through the frequency converter, the construction efficiency of the construction hoist is high, and the construction quality and progress are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于PLC控制的高速施工升降机电控系统及其控制方法,基于PLC控制的高速施工升降机电控系统,包括吊笼与底笼电气箱,所述吊笼的内部固定安装有电控柜,所述电控柜内部的底端固定安装有变频器,所述电控柜内部的顶端固定安装有控制组件,所述控制组件的底部固定安装有接触组件,所述接触组件的底部固定安装有防坠组件,所述底笼电气箱内部的顶端固定安装有断路器。本发明通过在吊笼的一侧固定安装的传动器与电控柜内部的底端固定安装的变频器,变频器变频器通过多段线VF控制方式开环控制由三组电机并联的传动器,利用变频器控制传动器,可以增加施工升降机的速度,使施工升降机施工的效率高,提高施工质量与进度。
