The invention provides an installation and calibration method of an azimuth reference mirror. The method comprises the following steps: S1, early-stage preparation; S2, determining the mounting position of the base; S3, mounting a base; S4, adjusting the mounting precision of the base; and S5, installing the azimuth reference mirror. According to the method, the calibrated azimuth reference mirror is installed in advance to replace an optical gyroscope to find out the head and tail lines of the cabin where the special equipment is located, the calibration cost is reduced, and the calibration efficiency is improved; besides, the azimuth reference mirror is installed in the free area of the main partition wall of the cabin, does not interfere with personnel or equipment in the cabin and is not interfered by the personnel or the equipment in the cabin, and the situation that the external environment affects installation of the calibrated azimuth reference mirror and affects follow-up calibration of special equipment is avoided.
本发明提供一种方位基准镜的安装标校方法,该方法包括:S1、前期准备;S2、确定基座的安装位置;S3、安装基座;S4、调整基座的安装精度;S5、安装方位基准镜。本发明通过预先安装标校好的方位基准镜替代光学陀螺仪找出特种设备所在舱室的首尾线,降低了标校成本,增加了标校效率;此外,方位基准镜安装在舱室主隔壁的空闲区域,不干扰舱室内人员或设备,同时也不受舱内人员和设备的干扰,避免外界环境对安装标校好的方位基准镜造成影响,影响后续特种设备的标校。
