The composite material comprises a wood layer; polyester resin layers are pasted to the two sides of the wood layer, a glass fiber layer is pasted to the side, away from the wood layer, of each polyester resin layer, and an external attachment layer is pasted to the surface, away from the polyester resin layer, of each glass fiber layer; the outer attaching layer is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of epoxy resin, 1-3 parts of a flame retardant, 2-5 parts of nano steel powder, 1-1.5 parts of an internal release agent, 0.5-1 part of an anti-ultraviolet agent, 1-1.5 parts of an antibacterial agent and 2-5 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride. The glass fiber layer and the wood layer are bonded through the polyester resin layer, the use of polyester resin and glass fiber is reduced, under the action of the outer attaching layer, the wear resistance, flame retardance, antibacterial property, mildew resistance, algae resistance and ultraviolet resistance of the prepared high-strength environment-friendly composite material are improved, and the service life of the high-strength environment-friendly composite material is prolonged.
本发明提供一种游艇用高强环保型复合材料及其加工工艺,涉及复合材料技术领域。该游艇用高强环保型复合材料,包括木质层,所述木质层的两侧均粘贴有聚酯树脂层,所述聚酯树脂层远离木质层的一侧粘贴有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层远离聚酯树脂层的表面粘附有外附层;所述外附层由以下重量份的物质组成:10~25份环氧树脂、1~3份阻燃剂、2~5份纳米钢粉、1~1.5份内脱模剂、0.5~1份抗紫外线剂、1~1.5份抗菌剂、2~5份聚偏二氟乙烯。通过聚酯树脂层粘结玻璃纤维层和木质层,减少聚酯树脂和玻璃纤维的使用,在外附层的作用下,使制成的高强环保型复合材料耐磨、阻燃、抗菌、防霉、抗藻类、抗紫外线得到提高,提高其使用寿命。
