According to a vehicle safety protection circuit required to be protected, a MOS tube array is used for replacing a traditional high-voltage relay, the response speed of the circuit is increased, and the circuit can be turned off at a higher speed under the conditions that a vehicle collides or a battery pack is short-circuited or the like, so that the safety of personnel is guaranteed; the function of the pre-charging circuit is realized through a parasitic inductor by means of a switching transistor, the use of a high-voltage relay is reduced, and the safety of the circuit is improved.

    本发明的要求保护的一种车用安全保护电路,是通过使用MOS管阵列代替传统高压继电器,提高了电路的响应速度,能够在车辆发生碰撞或者电池包短路等情况下,以更快的速度关断,从而保障人员安全;通过寄生电感借助于开关晶体管实现了预充电路功能,减少了高压继电器的使用,提升了电路安全性。
