The invention discloses a sound insulation material which sequentially comprises a first PET felt layer, a POE film layer and a second PET felt layer from top to bottom. The gram weight of the first PET felt layer is 1600g/m < 2 >-2000g/m < 2 >, and the gram weight of the second PET felt layer is 1000g/m < 2 >-1500g/m < 2 >; the POE film layer is made of a modified POE film, and the gram weight of the POE film layer is 100g/m < 2 >-200g/m < 2 >. The sound insulation material provided by the invention can simultaneously have light weight and good sound insulation effect, the high frequency of the sound insulation effect is 6300HZ, the sound insulation coefficient can reach about 35-40, the weight is about 3.5-4kg, and the sound insulation material can simultaneously meet the light weight requirement and has good sound insulation performance.

    本发明公开了一种隔音材料,由上至下依次包括第一PET毡层、POE膜层和第二PET毡层;所述第一PET毡层的克重为1600g/m2‑2000g/m2,第二PET毡层的克重为1000g/m2‑1500g/m2;所述POE膜层采用改性POE膜制成,POE膜层的克重为100g/m2‑200g/m2。本发明提供的隔音材料,可同时兼具轻量化和良好隔音效果,隔音效果高频6300HZ,可以达到隔音系数35~40左右,重量大概在3.5~4公斤左右,能够同时兼顾满足轻量化需求和具备良好的隔音性能。
