本发明公开了尾翼骨架工艺流程,包括骨架校型、工装粘连、胶水固定、数控加工;操作人员将尾翼骨架零件在机床上进行拉直找正;使用预先做好的标准数控程序,按照零件轮廓空走一圈,在适当位置使用刀具在毛坯表面铣削出几何形状,再检查铣削的几何形状是否符合图纸要求。本发明通过尾翼骨架工艺流程对尾翼骨架进行加工,分别对骨架的轮廓、侧壁、上下面进行粗铣、精铣和去毛刺加工,利用胶水固定的工装实现对骨架零件的粘连,保证在加工过程中的稳定和便于后续加工,采用本工艺能有效缩短工序,在保证对骨架有效加工前提下,显著提高加工效率。
