The invention discloses a low-altitude route and road comprehensive management platform and method. The platform comprises a cloud database, a central management platform and a terminal user. The central management platform generates path planning information and sends the path planning information to the terminal user; the terminal user controls corresponding terminal equipment to move along a planned path according to the path planning information; the terminal user obtains motion track state information, uploads the motion track state information to the cloud database, and updates the cloud database in real time; and the central management platform generates path planning correction information according to the updated cloud database, and downloads the path planning correction information to the terminal user to control the real-time motion state of terminal equipment. According to the platform provided by the invention, path planning information is automatically generated by collecting environment monitoring data and vehicle monitoring data, and then a passenger selects a proper path plan, so that a hovercar can run from an initial position to a destination; and the generated path plan is adjusted according to the line state real-time monitoring information, and if other service requests are needed, the pushed position information and navigation information of a comprehensive service station can be selected.

    本发明公开了低空航线及道路综合管理平台及方法,包括云数据库、中心管理平台、终端用户;中心管理平台生成路径规划信息,并发送到终端用户;终端用户根据路径规划信息控制相应终端设备沿规划的路径运动;终端用户获取在运动轨迹状态信息,并将运动轨迹状态信息上传到云数据库,实时更新云数据库;中心管理平台根据更新后的云数据库生成路径规划修正信息,并下传到终端用户控制终端设备的实时运动状态。本发明提供的平台,通过环境监测数据和交通工具监测数据的采集,自动生成路径规划信息,然后由乘用者选择合适的路径规划,实现飞行汽车从初始位置行驶到目的地;并根据线路状态实时监测信息调整已经生成路径规划,如果需要其他服务请求,则可选择推送的综合服务站的位置信息和导航信息。
