The airtight cabin is arranged below the slit; one end of the exhaust pipe extends into the airtight cabin, and the other end is connected with the injection port; the injection opening is formed in a suction peak of a non-liquid water direct collection region of the pneumatic surface or a high-wind-speed surface. The slits are formed in the windward sides of the wings, an air suction scheme for the wings in artificial laminar flow control is combined, overflow water is sucked into the airtight cabins below the slits, the overflow water and air are mixed and then discharged through the injection ports, and the injection ports are formed in suction peaks or high-wind-speed surfaces of non-liquid water direct collection regions of pneumatic surfaces. For example, the discharged water drops cannot collide with the pneumatic wall surface at the maximum thickness part of the wing, so that the condition that the water drops are frozen again is avoided; Meanwhile, the air exhausted in the tangential direction cannot increase the flying resistance of the aircraft, and adverse effects on aerodynamic performance cannot be caused.
