In a first pulsation generating device, a one-way check valve and a diaphragm electromagnetic valve are sequentially connected in series through a pipeline in the water flow direction to form a pulsation generating branch, and a flow adjusting valve is installed on the flow adjusting branch; the pulsation generation branch is connected with the flow regulation branch in parallel; a gas diaphragm type hydraulic energy accumulator is connected between the diaphragm electromagnetic valve and the one-way check valve through a three-way piece, the time relay controls opening and closing of the diaphragm electromagnetic valve, and the first pulsation generating device is connected between the high-temperature fresh water circulating pump and the main engine cylinder sleeve cooler in series. The invention has the beneficial effects that the heat exchange efficiency of a cooling system is effectively improved, the pulsating flow strengthening device can effectively control the frequency and the duty ratio, pulsating strengthening work can be completed without an external power supply device, and extra energy consumption is avoided; the strengthening effect is better than that of a strengthening device driven by a transmission motor.

    本发明公开了一种基于脉动流强化换热技术的节能型船舶冷却水系统,属于换热技术领域,第一脉动发生装置中单向止回阀与膜片电磁阀按水流方向通过管路依次串联组成脉动发生支路,流量调节阀安装在流量调节支路,所述脉动发生支路与流量调节支路并联;膜片电磁阀和单向止回阀之间通过三通件连接有气体隔膜式液压蓄能器,时间继电器控制膜片电磁阀的开关,所述第一脉动发生装置串联在高温淡水循环泵和主机缸套冷器之间。本发明的有益效果为:有效提高了冷却系统的换热效率,本发明的脉动流强化装置可以有效控制频率和占空比,无需外接动力提供装置即可完成脉动强化工作且不会额外消耗能量;强化效果好于传动电机驱动的强化装置。
