The invention provides an adjustable aluminum alloy supporting column assembly, belonging to the field of submarines. The adjustable aluminum alloy supporting column assembly comprises: an inner layer and an outer layer wrapping a submarine, wherein a gap is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer, and the gap is filled with gas; an upper connecting column, which is located in the gap, wherein the upper end of the upper connecting column is fixed to the inner side face of the outer layer, and an end face groove communicating with the outside is formed in the upper end face of the upper connecting column; a lower connecting column, which is fixed to the outer side face of the inner layer, wherein an inner hole is formed in the lower connecting column, a side edge groove communicating with the gap is formed in the side wall of the inner hole, and a connecting rod in sliding connection with the inner hole is arranged on the lower end face of the upper connecting column; a first spring, wherein one end of the first spring is fixed on the lower end surface of the upper connecting column, and the other end of the first spring is fixed on the upper end surface of the lower connecting column; a communicating hole formed in the connecting rod and a guide pipe in sliding connection with the communicating hole, wherein one end of the guide pipe extends into an end-face groove; and a sealing part arranged in the end-face groove. By means of the device, when a submarine receives external impact, a part of impact energy is guided to the outside of the outer layer, and energy rushing into the submarine is reduced.
