The invention provides a marine aircraft take-off and landing suspension platform which comprises an overwater part and an underwater part, the overwater part and the underwater part are connected through a supporting rod, and the overwater part comprises an aircraft carrying platform. The underwater part comprises a main beam, a flexible main wing arranged at one end of the main beam, a flexible tail wing arranged at the other end of the main beam, an advancing driving device arranged on the main beam, a first floating driving device and a second floating driving device, wherein the first floating driving device and the second floating driving device are arranged at the two ends of the flexible main wing respectively, and a third floating driving device which is arranged at the other end of the main beam. The platform can stably suspend at a fixed point on the sea surface under complex sea conditions, so that safe take-off and landing of the aircraft on the surface are ensured.
