    本发明涉及辅助驾驶技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动巡航控制方法、自动巡航控制系统及车辆。本发明提供的自动巡航控制方法,当本车处于高级巡航控制状态下时,所述自动巡航控制方法包括如下步骤:S1:判断前方相邻车道内的车辆是否存在侵入本车所在车道并与本车发生碰撞的风险,若是,则执行S2:判断存在风险的相反方向是否安全,若是,则执行S3:控制本车向存在风险的相反方向偏离,并判断偏离控制是否完成,若是,则执行S4:控制本车在所在车道内跟车居中行驶。本实施例提供的自动巡航控制方法,能够根据车辆的实际环境状态,调整车辆的横向位置及车辆的行驶速度,从而降低驾驶员驾驶压迫感,提高驾驶安全性,有效避免发生交通事故。
