The invention relates to a vacuum leakage diagnosis method and a vehicle. Therefore, whether vacuum leakage occurs or not can be detected when a brake vacuum booster is in a working state or a non-working state. The method comprises the steps that first air pressure in a front cavity of the brake vacuum booster and first volume of the front cavity are obtained; when the numerical value relation between the product of the first air pressure and the first volume and the product of the second air pressure and the second volume of the front cavity meets the preset numerical value relation, it is determined that vacuum leakage occurs in the front cavity, and the second air pressure and the second volume are determined under the condition that the opening degree of a brake pedal is zero.
