A motor controller is electrically connected with a whole vehicle driving motor, and a gas-electric air compressor controller is electrically connected with an air compressor motor; the high-voltage auxiliary power supply, the first pre-charging circuit and the motor controller are connected in series to form a closed circuit, the gas-electricity boost FCDC is connected in parallel to two ends of the high-voltage auxiliary power supply, and the voltage reduction DCL is connected in parallel to two ends of the motor controller; the second pre-charging circuit, the gas-electric air compressor controller and the high-voltage component are sequentially connected in series to form a branch circuit, and the branch circuit is connected to the two ends of the high-voltage auxiliary power source in parallel. In the high-voltage power-on process of the hydrogen energy vehicle, the whole vehicle driving motor and the gas-electric air compressor are separately pre-charged, and in the high-voltage power-off process of the hydrogen energy vehicle, the whole vehicle driving motor can be subjected to high-voltage power-off firstly without waiting for the purging process of a fuel cell system; therefore, the power-off safety of the whole vehicle driving motor is improved.
本发明公开了一种氢能源汽车双预充电路及其预充电和高压下电的方法。本发明的电机控制器与整车驱动电机电连接,燃电空压机控制器与空压机电机电连接;高压辅助电源、第一预充电路和电机控制器串联形成闭合电路,燃电升压FCDC并联在高压辅助电源的两端,降压DCL并联在电机控制器的两端;第二预充电路、燃电空压机控制器和高压部件依次串联形成支路,支路并联在高压辅助电源的两端。本发明在氢能源汽车在高压上电过程中整车驱动电机和燃电空气压缩机分开进行预充电,氢能源汽车在高压下电过程中,可以让整车驱动电机先进行高压下电而不用等待燃料电池系统的吹扫这个过程,提高对整车驱动电机进行下电的安全性。
