The output end of the conversion side circuit is electrically connected with the primary transmission end, the input end of the rectification side circuit is electrically connected with the secondary transmission end, the conversion side circuit and the primary transmission end form a charger sending end structure unit, and the secondary transmission end forms a charger receiving end structure unit. According to the scheme, the electric energy transmission efficiency is high, the comprehensive performance indexes such as safety and reliability are better than those of most current chargers, and the scheme is particularly suitable for the super-high-power charging standard which is being popularized and has great popularization and use values. The invention also discloses an electric vehicle using the conduction transformer type charger.
