The invention provides a power assembly rear suspension and an installation method thereof. The power assembly rear suspension comprises a suspension skeleton connected with an auxiliary frame; the suspension skeleton is hinged to a suspension support, a hinge shaft with the shaft core direction consistent with the vehicle width direction is sleeved with a buffering bush, and the suspension support is connected with a power assembly; and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the position of the hinge shaft in the vertical direction and/or the vehicle length direction is arranged on the hinge shaft. The method comprises the following steps: A, enabling the suspension skeleton and the suspension support to be connected with the auxiliary frame and the power assembly respectively; B, assembling the power assembly on a vehicle frame; C, enabling the suspension skeleton to be connected with a buffer lining on the suspension support through a hinge shaft; D, enabling the nut to be rotated to drive the hinge shaft to move in the length direction of the strip-shaped hole so as to eliminate deformation of the buffering bush and lock the nut. The suspension structure can be suitable for various vehicle types, meanwhile, unnecessary stress on the suspension is relieved, and the situation that unnecessary stress and vibration are generated in the whole vehicle adjustment process, and the NVH of the whole vehicle is affected is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种动力总成后悬置及其安装方法,包括与副车架连接的悬置骨架,悬置骨架与悬置支架铰接,轴芯方向与车宽方向一致的铰接轴上套设有缓冲衬套,悬置支架与动力总成连接,所述铰接轴上设置有调节其在上下方向和/或车长方向位置的调节机构。包括如下步骤:A、将悬置骨架与悬置支架分别与副车架及动力总成连接;B、将动力总成装配至车架上;C、通过铰接轴连接悬置骨架与悬置支架上的缓冲衬套;D、转动螺帽驱使铰接轴沿条形孔长度方向位移以消除缓冲衬套的变形并锁紧螺母。这样一套悬置结构可以适用于各种车型,同时减轻悬置上的不必要受力,避免使整车调校产生不必要的受力、振动,对整车NVH产生影响。
