The invention discloses an integrated thermal management system, a vehicle and a thermal management control method.The integrated thermal management system comprises a heat pump subsystem, a battery detection module, an interaction module, a high-pressure system cooling subsystem and a whole vehicle thermal management controller, and the heat pump subsystem comprises a heat pump subsystem detection module, a battery detection module, an interaction module, a high-pressure system cooling subsystem and a whole vehicle thermal management controller; the heat pump subsystem detection module is used for detecting state information of a heat pump subsystem; the high-pressure system cooling subsystem is used for exchanging heat with the heat pump subsystem and a high-pressure system of the vehicle; the battery detection module is used for detecting state information of a vehicle battery; the interaction module is used for receiving the setting information of the heat demand of the passenger compartment; the whole vehicle heat management controller is used for determining the heat management requirement of the vehicle battery according to the state information of the vehicle battery, determining the heat management requirement of the passenger compartment according to the setting information, and determining the heat compensation requirement according to the heat management requirement of the vehicle battery, the heat management requirement of the passenger compartment and the state information of the heat pump subsystem.
