The invention discloses an intelligent road network command method and system based on video traffic flow. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring video data on a to-be-commanded road; dividing the video data into N frames of video frame data; carrying out background modeling on the video data by utilizing a ViBe algorithm; performing shadow elimination on the video data by using a mixed chrominance space shadow elimination algorithm of an adaptive threshold; obtaining traffic flow according to the video data after background modeling and shadow elimination processing; and performing intelligent road network command through the obtained traffic flow. According to the method, the problems that in the prior art, the acquisition accuracy of traffic flow information cannot be guaranteed, ghosting and shadow problems are likely to occur after video data processing, vehicle detection is seriously affected, and thus the rationality of later analysis and decision making is affected are solved.
本发明公开了一种基于视频车流量的智能路网指挥方法和系统,其中,所述方法包括:获取待指挥道路上的视频数据;将所述视频数据划分成N帧视频帧数据;利用ViBe算法对所述视频数据进行背景建模;利用自适应阈值的混合色度空间阴影消除算法对所述视频数据进行阴影消除;根据背景建模和阴影消除处理后的视频数据获取车流量;通过获取的车流量进行智能路网指挥。该方法克服现有技术中对于车流量信息的获取准确度无法保证,对于视频数据处理后易出现鬼影和阴影问题,严重影响车辆的检测,从而影响后期分析决策的合理性的问题。
