The invention discloses a marine hydraulic lifting device for jacking a heavy object and a control method. The device comprises a hydraulic source, throttle valves, an integrated valve block, hydraulic cylinders and a controller. The integrated valve block is connected with a hydraulic source, and the throttle valves are arranged on an oil outlet pipe and an oil return pipe of the hydraulic source and used for controlling the flow speed of hydraulic oil. The multiple hydraulic cylinders are connected to an integrated valve body, a pressure relay is arranged on the integrated valve block and used for detecting the working states of the hydraulic cylinders, and the controller controls the integrated valve block according to the working states of the hydraulic cylinders. An ascending valve and a descending valve of the integrated valve block are used for controlling the hydraulic cylinders to ascend and descend; the pressure relay on the integrated valve block is used for detecting whether the oil hydraulic cylinders reach the top or the bottom; and the throttle valves are arranged on oil ways to adjust the ascending and descending speed of the hydraulic cylinders. The structure of the hydraulic lifting device is simplified, the weight is reduced, the occupied space is small, and maintenance is convenient. The pressure relay replaces a pressure sensor, so that the failure rate of the device is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于顶升重物的船用液压升降装置及控制方法,其特征在于;包括液压源、节流阀、集成阀块、液压缸、控制器;集成阀块与液压源相连,且在液压源的出油管和回油管路上设有节流阀,用于控制液压油的流速;多个液压缸连接在集成阀体上,集成阀块上设有压力继电器,用于检测液压缸的工作状态,控制器根据液压缸工作状态控制集成阀块。本发明通过集成阀块的上升阀及下降阀来控制液压缸上升、下降;通过集成阀块上的压力继电器来检测油液压缸到顶、到底;通过在油路上设置节流阀调节液压缸上升及下降的速度。简化了液压升降装置的结构,减少其重量,占地空间小,维护方便。并且压力继电器取代压力传感器的使用,降低了装置的故障率。
